Nothing posts without your yes — unless you choose auto-posting

By default every reel waits in your Approve queue and only goes live when you tap approve — there is no hidden path that posts behind your back. If you'd rather we post on cadence for you, auto-posting is a setting you turn on yourself; until you do, you approve every post.

A reel fails our quality check → we rebuild it, you never see the broken one

Before anything reaches you, each video is decoded end to end and checked for a truncated clip, a silent voiceover, or a broken render. A hard fail is caught and rebuilt automatically — the flawed cut never lands in your queue.

A caption or campaign over-claims → we hold it before it can post

Every caption and email campaign passes an honesty check right at the approve step — it won't let a can't-back-it-up boast or a fake-urgency line through. Anything that trips it is held before it can go out; on email campaigns we show you the exact words to reword. We'd rather hold a post than publish a claim you can't stand behind.

Your Instagram disconnects → we hold, we don't guess

If a channel's connection lapses, posting stops and waits rather than guessing where to publish — and it flags for a human to reconnect it. Nothing is fired into the void.

We can't reach your website to grade it → we say so, we don't invent a score

If a site is unreachable, the report card tells you that plainly instead of printing a made-up grade. We never show a number we didn't actually measure.

You cancel → you keep the month, get your reels, and we never delete your account

It's month-to-month. Cancel anytime and you keep access through the month you've already paid for; then your account pauses — it is never deleted — and we send you a link to download your finished reels. Come back anytime and it's all still there.
