What exactly does the price buy?
The Channel is $399/month (founding rate): two reels a day, produced end to end — filmed on your phone off shot lists we write, then written, voiced, edited, and posted for you. You approve every post from your dashboard before it goes live.
What's NOT included?
Ad spend, building you a website, and any claim about results — no one can predict how many customers you'll get, and anyone who says otherwise is guessing. What you can hold us to is the cadence, the quality, and your approval on every post.
How does the founding lock actually work?
The first ten clients lock their rate for life — and it's enforced in our billing system, not just written on a page: seat eleven pays list price ($1,000/month for The Channel), because the system won't sell the Startup rate past ten.
Can I cancel?
Yes — it's month-to-month; cancel anytime, from your dashboard or by email. You keep access through the month you've already paid for, then your account is paused (we never delete it) and you're not charged again. No long-term lock-in — we'd rather keep you because the work earns it than because paperwork traps you.
When am I billed?
Monthly by card through Stripe, starting the day you sign up. Every charge shows on a normal Stripe receipt.
What if I switch plans later?
The startup rate is tied to the plan you signed up on; if you ever switch plans you pay the then-current price of the new plan. That's written into our pricing terms, verbatim.
What does The Studio add?
The Studio — $800/month (founding rate) — keeps the same two reels a day and adds the business layer: the full CRM pipeline, landing pages, bookings, estimates, and approval-gated automations — plus multi-platform and auto-posting if you choose it.
What about refunds?
We stand behind the posting cadence we commit to, and if we ever fall short we'll work with you to make it right. Because it's month-to-month, you keep everything through the month you've already paid for and can stop anytime — no lock-in. (Exact refund terms are being finalized with our attorney.)
Will the price change on me later?
If you're a founding client: no — the lock is for life on your plan, and we stamp your locked terms at activation so they're provable years later. List prices for new clients may change; yours doesn't.
Any hidden fees?
No. Everything optional — regeneration credits and capacity add-ons like an extra post per day — is priced on a consent screen you approve before any charge. Nothing is ever added quietly.
